Our Work

Over the past four years, we’ve had the pleasure of partnering with both well-known national brands and valued local organisations. From The Glasshouse ICM to Generator, BBC Introducing, Nando’s, and Kick Game, we’ve consistently connected with partners who share our vision and values. For us, community is at the heart of everything we do. By expanding these partnerships, we aim to continue creating valuable opportunities for local artists, empowering them to thrive and grow.

Our partnerships have led to some fantastic initiatives, including Generator Live x BBC Introducing x Nrthrn Baby at Boiler Shop, the Glasshouse ICM x Nrthrn Baby Rap Takeover, and the MOBO Fringe x Nrthrn Baby Writing Camp. Each of these collaborations provided a unique platform for local talent, fostering connections and opportunities for artists across the region.

Building collaborative partnerships.

Our Services

  • Our cultural strategy services take an on-the-ground approach, ensuring your brand is in the right places and connected with the right people. We have deep access to cultural networks across the North East, making it easier to get in front of the audiences that matter.

  • We curate and host events, including panels, workshops, and live performances. Our experience includes programming line-ups for BBC Introducing, The Glasshouse ICM, MOBO Fringe Festival, and Generator Live. We've also hosted writing camps, fostering collaboration and creative exchange from start to finish.

  • We run workshops for emerging artists, focusing on branding, artist positioning, marketing, and digital PR. Our sessions create space for discussion, encouraging artists to think beyond traditional education and gain valuable industry insights.

  • We provide talent booking services, streamlining the process for nationwide brands seeking artists, photographers, videographers, and more. We handle the logistics, removing the need for multiple contacts. We’ve booked talent for press moments such as BBC Look North live sessions, red carpets, and radio interviews, as well as store openings for brands like Greggs, Sephora, and Kick Game.

  • With over eight years of experience in PR and marketing, we execute press releases, mail-outs, and secure media coverage for artists, organisations, and personalities. We specialise in working with North East-based arts and cultural organisations, helping them amplify their reach and visibility through strategic PR and marketing campaigns.

  • We support artists with funding strategy, helping secure successful bids for PRSF, Arts Council, and Youth Music. We guide local artists through the funding application process, increasing their chances of success.
